System M: The deprotonation of Mitoxantrone hydrochloride and the forming of
((C₂₂H₂₉N₄O₆)⁺₂(OH^-)))⁺ complex after pH 10 could be shown.
System T: The consume of H⁺/OH^--ions by Trypsin.

Systemprints

System (M+T and 1/3M+1/4T): The forming of the Trypsin-Mitoxantrone hydrochloride-Complex in the pH-area of 5.4 to 12.2 could be shown.
