pH-Spectrum of
Trypsin-Mitoxantrone hydrochloride-Complex
recorded by Dr. G. Mermigidis
Experimental:
System M - (2 mmol/L Mitoxantrone hydrochloride, Refador (R) / dist. water),
System T - (0.8 g/L Trypsin / dist. water),
System (M+T) - (2 mmol/L Mitoxantrone hydrochloride + 0.8 g /L Trypsin / dist. water),
System (1/3M+1/4T) - (0.7 mmol/L Mitoxantrone hydrochloride + 0.2 g /L Trypsin / dist. water)

Results:
Fingerprints
System M: The deprotonation of Mitoxantrone hydrochloride and the forming of
((C22H29N4O6)+2(OH-)))+ complex after pH 10 could be shown.
System T: The consume of H+/OH--ions by Trypsin.
Systemprints
System (M+T and 1/3M+1/4T):
The forming of the Trypsin-Mitoxantrone hydrochloride-Complex in the pH-area of 5.4 to 12.2 could be shown.
