pH-Spectrum of
the catabolism of Gelatine
by the enzyme Trypsin
recorded by Dr. G. Mermigidis
Experimental:
System 1/3M - (0.7 mmol/L Mitoxantrone hydrochloride, Refador (R) / dist. water),
System (1/3M+1/4T) - (0.7 mmol/L Mitoxantrone hydrochloride + 0.2 g/L Trypsin / dist. water),
System (G+1/4T) - ( 0.2 g/L Trypsin / 0.2 % solution of Gelatine),
System (1/3M+1/4T)` - (0.7 mmol/L Mitoxantrone hydrochloride + 0.2 g/L Trypsin / 0.2 % solution of Gelatine)

Results:
Fingerprints
System 1/3M: The deprotonation of Mitoxantrone hydrochloride and the forming of
((C22H29N4O6)+2(OH-)))+ complex after pH 10 could be shown.
Systemprints
System (1/3M+1/4T):
The Trypsin-Mitoxantrone hydrochloride-Complex in the pH-area of 5.4 to 12.2.
System (G+1/4T): The catabolism of Gelatine by Trypsin.
Systemprint with Additive, helps you to check the influence of an Additive
System (1/3M+1/4T)`: The catabolism of Gelatine by Trypsin in presence of Mitoxantrone hydrochloride.
